Living Well Mindfulness

Mindfulness means being aware of what’s happening in your body and mind, and in the world around you, now, as it happens.

How can mindfulness help me?

Increased awareness brings many benefits, and has been proven in scientific trials to reduce stress and help us to live well, even with pain or long-term illness.

Is mindfulness suitable for me?

Before enrolling for a course, we like to discuss the course with you to check that it is right for you at this time.

Mindfulness courses introduce mindfulness in a structured way so that over a few weeks you are able to build up a range of mindfulness tools to help reduce your stress and suffering and improve your wellbeing.

To see if mindfulness is for you, at Living Well Mindfulness we offer one-hour Free Taster Sessions to give you an idea of what being mindful involves.

How do I learn to practise mindfulness?

For those new to mindfulness, Living Well Mindfulness teach Mindfulness for Pain Relief, Health & Wellbeing, Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Cancer. Individual sessions are also available, tailored to your needs.

For those familiar with mindfulness, Living Well Mindfulness offer Mindfulness Classes and Mindfulness Retreats in the UK.

Mindfulness in Daily Life – Watch the Sky

Pain and suffering can be likened to the weather, while your awareness can be seen as the sky.  Sometimes the weather is wild and wintry.  Other times it is calm, clear and sunny.  But no matter what happens to the weather, the sky always remains.
