Sheila Bond combines Mindfulness and Physiotherapy to help you with these problems.
Sheila has worked for 30 years as a National Health physiotherapist, mainly treating patients in pain. She has always been interested in the connection between the body and the mind.
Mindfulness means being aware of what’s happening in your body and mind, and in the world around you, now, as it happens.
Increased awareness brings many benefits, and has been proven in scientific trials to reduce stress and help us to live well, even with pain or long-term illness.
Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability.
Physiotherapists help people through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease.
