Mindfulness Classes & Retreats

Living Well Mindfulness Classes & Retreats aim to support those who have completed an 8 week course and those who already have an established mindfulness practise. Additionally we offer Taster Sessions for those who would like to find out more about mindfulness before committing to a full 8 week course.

Living Well Mindfulness offer Monthly Classes as,

  • Drop-in Classes: Suitable for those who have completed an 8 week introductory course, or who already have an established mindfulness practice.
  • Free Taster Sessions: Suitable for those who would like to find out more about mindfulness before committing to a full 8 week course.

Living Well Mindfulness offer Retreats as:

  • 1 Day Retreats: Suitable for those who have completed an 8 week course and those who already have an established mindfulness practise.

Individual sessions are also available, tailored to your needs.
