Mindfulness Courses

Living Well Mindfulness courses are designed for the novice as well as those who may have tried meditation before.

Our courses introduce mindfulness in a structured way so that over a few weeks you are able to build up a range of mindfulness tools to help reduce your stress and suffering and improve your wellbeing.

Living Well Mindfulness teach Mindfulness for Pain Relief, Health & Wellbeing, Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Cancer Courses in small groups of up to 10 individuals.

Individual sessions are also available, tailored to your needs.

Living Well Mindfulness offer Free Taster Sessions for those who would like to find out more about mindfulness before committing to a full 8 week course.
